We called Plumb Shield for a second quote after receiving a very high quote from another company. Terry arrived quickly the same day and gave us a very fair quote to replace the water heater and offered some extra safety features with no pressure to buy them if we didn't want to. Terry and his helper Damien showed up the day of install on time, finished the job quickly, cleaned up the area, and kept me informed throughout the install. Both Terry and Damien were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable and I felt completely comfortable with the service they provided. I won't hesitate to call Plumb Shield first for any future plumbing issues!

Technicians were wonderful. Work was meticulous and tidy. Fully completed the job. Took care of submitting permits, and getting inspected. Returned to complete job without being called. Terry and Nathan did an amazing job! Not only did the find and fix multiple leaks but they also brought everything up to code Every time they found something new or were about to do something they told me about it and explained it to me so that someone like myself (who is not a plumber) could understand. Terry and Damian were the ones on-site for the my service request. They were punctual, polite, and knowledgeable. Their troubleshooting ability was able to identify a substantial leak in my home’s plumbing. They were able to replace the existing valve that was leaking within a couple hours even though they had to leave in order to procure the specific parts my job required.
